How to use Xenadrine Energy As a dietary supplement, take two to four tablets once dairy on an empty stomach preferably 30-60 minutes before breakfast or lunch. Recommended serving based on body weight. 130 Lbs. or less take 2 tablets; 130-200 Lbs. take 3 tablets; 200 Lbs. or more take 4 tablets. Do not exceed four tablets daily. Note: Individuals who typically consume caffeine containing beverages on a daily basis are less likely to feel a difference using only one tablet. Do not take after 4 pm unless you wish to feel energized well into the evening. For best results, use as part of a sensible diet (such as the enclosed dietician designed Xenadrine Xone Diet) and exercise program.

One serving of this product contains about 300 mg of total methylxanthines (including caffeine), the amount typically found in a 10 oz. cup of coffee. Do not combine with other sources of caffeine (i.e. tea, coffee, cola beverages and energy drinks). Too much caffeine may cause nervousness, irritability, sleeplessness, rapid heartbeat or other conditions in some individuals. Do not use during strenuous activity in high-temperature conditions.
